PURPOSE: A writing tool with controlling function is provided to emit fragrance only in necessary and to control the emitting amount of fragrance through the control of a cap member. CONSTITUTION: A writing tool(100) with controlling function comprises a writing body(110), a fragrance container(120), a cap member(130), an inclined portion, a first penetrating hole, a second penetrating hole, and an opening/shutting portion. The writing body comprises an outer container. The fragrance container is combined to the upper part of the outer case, and accepts a fragrance-containing member(A). A communicating hole is formed on an upper part of the cap member, and the cap member connects to an upper part of the fragrance container to be ascendable and descendable. The inclined part is formed on the upper part of the fragrance container. The first penetrating hole is formed in the inclined portion, and communicates with the inside the cap member regardless of ascending/descending of the cap member. The second penetrating hole is formed in a side part of the fragrance container, and controls the open-degree according to the ascending/descending degree of the cap member. The opening/shutting portion is formed on an upper part of the fragrance container and opens the communicating hole of the cap member at the cap member ascending. |
