PURPOSE: A conductive particle for anisotropic conductive film and an anisotropic conductive film including the same are provided to have excellent adhesion with electric component, and excellent conductivity by reducing electric resistance. CONSTITUTION: A conductive particle for anisotropic conductive film comprises: a core(110) formed by copper; and a coating layer(120) formed on the outside of the core, consisting of the alloy of tin and silver. The mixing ratio of the ally is formed, of which melting point is 180°C or lower. An anisotropic conductive film(30) comprises: an insulating resin layer including a thermosetting resin, a thermoplastic resin, and a hardener; and the conductive particles dispersed in the insulating resin layer. |
