PURPOSE: A neck injury preventing apparatus of a vehicle seat is provided to reduce neck injury of a driver and keep the posture of passengers through moving a seatback to front upper side in a vehicle collision. CONSTITUTION: A neck injury preventing apparatus of a vehicle seat comprises a front connecting link(110), a rear connecting link(120), an elastic member, and a deformation member(140). The front connecting link connects the front portion of a recliner base(210) and the front portion of a plate base(310) by a hinge. The rear connecting link connects the rear portion of the recliner base and the front portion of the plate base by a hinge. The elastic member supplies tensile force to the upper side of the front connecting link. The deformation member absorbs impact energy through being composed to be deformed during vehicle collision.
