METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CASE OF MOBILE DEVICE WITH ANTENNA

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an antenna embedded type mobile phone case is provided to prevent the deformation of whole module by uniting a top sheet and a bottom through thermal pressure and to rapidly produce plenty of antenna modules by forming an antenna pattern through an etching process or a patterning process. CONSTITUTION: A bottom sheet is formed by thermal-pressurizing one or more first plastic resins(110). A top sheet is formed by thermal-pressurizing a ferrite resin and a second plastic resin on an antenna sheet in regular sequence(130). An antenna pattern is formed on the antenna sheet. An antenna module is formed by uniting the top sheet and the bottom sheet(150). The antenna module sucks air and is foxed to a frame. A mobile phone case is formed by injecting a same plastic resin as the bottom sheet into a mold frame(170).
