PURPOSE: A secondary battery is provided to enhance safety and reliability regardless of any electric phenomenon or electrical contact. CONSTITUTION: A secondary battery comprises an electrode assembly, a case which accepts the electrode assembly, a cap-plate(151) which has through-holes and seals the case, a first terminal and a second terminal which penetrate through holes of the cap plate and are electrically connected with the electrode assembly, insulating members(127a) which are respectively formed in the first terminal and the second terminal, and between the cap plates, and fuses which are arranged in the through holes of the insulating member and connect the first terminal with same polarity. |
