PURPOSE: A retaining wall block on the cut ground and a retaining wall using the same are provided to improve an environmentally-friendly effect by attaching a front plate for enabling planting on the front surface of the retaining wall block. CONSTITUTION: A retaining wall block(200) on the cut ground comprises a block body, protruded members, a front plate, and a second through hole. The block body has a first through hole penetrating through the inner and outer surfaces thereof. The protruded members are vertically protruded from both ends and center of the outer surface of the block body. The front plate is coupled to the outer surfaces of the protruded members through connectors. The second through hole penetrates through the protruded members and the block body. |
