PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to prevent the damage of an LED due to the deformation of an internal structure by preventing a cover and a frame to be twisted by heat. CONSTITUTION: A power supply unit(110) is installed at the outer side of a cover(120). The cover comprises a receiving unit(125) for receiving a bracket(130). The bracket is EGI(Electrolytic Galvanized Iron). The bracket is installed at each edge of the cover. The bracket comprises a first fixing plate, a second fixing plate, and a separating means. A light guide plate(150) changes a point light source into a surface light source. A reflective sheet(140) is located between the light guide plate and the cover. A diffusing plate(160) diffuses emitted through the light guide plate.
