TWIN SCROLL TURBINE HOUSING FOR TURBO CHARGER

PURPOSE: A twin scroll turbine housing for turbochargers is provided to improve castability by distributing thermal stress while equalizing the variation in the sectional area of a flow path. CONSTITUTION: A twin scroll turbine housing(5) for turbochargers comprises two scroll paths, a bypass passage, and a joining part. The two scroll paths is divided by a partition wall(11). The bypass passage is divided by a first partition curtain. . The inner flow path of the joining part is divided through the second partition curtain. The twin scroll turbine housing for the turbochargers is integrally formed with an exhaust manifold through the joining part. The partition wall is tapered toward the front end of the scroll path from the joining part.
