PURPOSE: A heat treatment process for cast products is provided to heat-treat a cast product within an accurate cooling time by providing the residual time according to the heat treatment of the case product to a user. CONSTITUTION: A heat treatment process for cast products comprises the steps of: injecting sand to the top of a first casting mold having a first shape to form a first pattern and injecting sand to the top of an n-th casting mold different from the first shape to form an n-th pattern(ST100), inserting a core corresponding to the first to n-th patterns formed in the first and n-th casting molds and injecting different amounts of molten metal according to the shape of the first to n-th shapes to obtain first to n-th cast products having different cooling times(ST200), moving the first to n-th cast products to a heat treating unit while in sand and executing heat treatment by moving to different positions according to the cooling time of the first to n-th cast products(ST300), and drawing out the first to n-th case products in sand according to the finish of heat treatment(ST400). |
