PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a pipe connection socket using a sealing and a stopper are provided to prevent separation of pipes because the outer circumference of the end of the pipes are covered by a stopper after tightly fixing the pipe to a connection socket as pressing force of a packing. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a pipe connection socket using a sealing and a stopper(100) comprises a movable mold(130), a fixed mold(140), a forming space(170), and an external mold(150). A sliding mold(120) is connected to each inner side of the movable mold and the fixed mold. The fixed mold is installed in both sides with the movable mold to mold a circular shape. A mold space is formed in the outside of the movable mold and the fixed mold, and a packing is coupled to the mold space. An extrusion member is supplied to the mold space. The external mold is formed in the outer circumference of the mold space and is divided into three. The outer mold is respectively driven by an external mold driving device(151) to compress the extrusion member, thereby forming a connection socket. |
