CLADDING APPARATUS USING TWO HOT WIRES

PURPOSE: A continuously rotating cladding apparatus using two hot wires is provided to obtain high welding quality by removing welding seams through continuous rotation welding. CONSTITUTION: A continuously rotating cladding apparatus comprises a welding head supporting unit(400), a continuous rotating device(300), and a welding head and transfer device(200). The welding head supporting unit has a center support(401) fixed to a fixing plate(402). The continuous rotating device has a rotary shaft driving unit(304) which is supported and rotated on the center support. The welding head and transfer device comprises a vertical transfer shaft(205), a lateral transfer shaft(206), and a welding torch unit(100). The vertical transfer shaft is supported and rotated by the continuous rotating device. The lateral transfer shaft is installed on the vertical transfer shaft and laterally moved, and the height of the lateral transfer shaft can be controlled. The welding torch unit is mounted on one end of the lateral transfer shaft. The welding torch unit includes an electrode rod and gas cup assembly and two hot wire nozzles(101) whose angle and height are regulated under the electrode and gas cut assembly.
