PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell is provided to form a thickness of a window layer to be thinner by forming a window layer out of three layers like a p+type semiconductor layer, a p-type semiconductor layer, and s buffer layer. CONSTITUTION: A front electrode(110) is arranged on the top of a substrate. A back electrode(140) is arranged on an upper portion of the front electrode. A light conversion part(PV) is arranged between the front electrode and the back electrode. The light conversion part comprises a p-type semiconductor layer, an n-type semiconductor layer, and an intrinsic semiconductor layer. The intrinsic semiconductor layer is arranged between the p-type semiconductor layer and the n-type semiconductor layer. |
