PURPOSE: A combined fire extinguishing system is provided to be able to be selectively movable between an initial first location interlocking with an extinguisher in a first distribution network, and a second location interlocking with an extinguisher in a second distribution network. CONSTITUTION: A combined fire extinguishing system comprises a fire extinguishing source(14), a valve of a distributor(16), a distributing system, and a control system(20). The fire extinguishing source is a pressurized bottle comprising a moderate extinguisher suitable for using in both parts of an engine section and a crew section. A conversion valve provides a selective interconnection into a distribution network of the distribution system relative to respective vehicle section from the fire extinguishing source. The control system is generally equipped with a module and a sensor system.
