MATTRESS AUTO-SEPERATING SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A mattress auto-separating system is provided to easily separate spring and cloth by easily cutting external cloth. CONSTITUTION: A mattress auto-separating system comprises a base plate(11), a transfer module(12), a pillar(13), a cutting module(14), and a distance measuring sensor. The base plate can be made of metal material and plastic material. The transfer module transfers object by being combined to the top of the base plate. The pillar is projected to the base plate. The cutting module is able to move up and down, and a cutting part is combined to the lower part of the cutting module. The distance measuring sensor controls the descending height of the cutting module in order for the cutting part to cut only the cloth of the mattress, combined to the cutting module.
