METHOD FOR INCREASING AROMATIC COMPOUNDS IN CULTURED WILD GINSENG USING THE PICRASMA QUASSIOIDES BENN BARK EXTRACT
摘要
PURPOSE: A method for preparing cultured wild ginseng using Picrasma quassioides Benn bark extract is provided to improve functionality and fragrance quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing cultured wild ginseng with enhanced ginseng fragrance comprises: a step of adding 50 times amount of purified water to dried Picrasma quassioides Benn bark and extracting at 90 degrees Celsius for 12 hours; a step of adding the extract to 7.5g/L of a medium; and a step of culturing for 45-50 days.
