PURPOSE: A carbon dioxide recovery device is provided to maintain generation efficiency in separation and collection of carbon dioxide and to reduce scale of power consumption and apparatus according to carbon dioxide collection by using the fuel cell. CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide recovery device comprises an evaporator(90) which is connected to a catalyst oxidizer of a molten carbonate fuel cell(10) and produces steam by using heat generated from the catalyst oxidizer, a pump(110) which provides water to the evaporator, and a pressure controller(120) which controls pressure of steam coping with pressure of steam which is produced from the evaporator and is connected to a steam turbine(130).
