PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lamppost using reinforced plastic and a structure thereof are provided to improve corrosion-resistance and to reduce the weight of a lamppost by using reinforced plastic. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a lamppost using reinforced plastic is as follows. Upper and lower molds are formed(S100). Gelcoat is spread on the surface of the upper and lower molds, and surface mats are impregnated into the spread gelcoat. Putty of resin and glass balls is spread on the inner surface of the surface mats, and resin mixed with a hardening agent is spread on a mixture of a glass mat(S200). An inner reinforcing plate and a reinforcing plate fixing bracket are formed(S300). The inner reinforcing plate is inserted into the upper and lower molds, and the mixture surrounds the outer surface of the inner reinforcing plate(S400). The upper and lower molds are adhered to each other(S500). A lamppost is completed by removing the upper and lower molds(S600). |
