PURPOSE: A traffic signal apparatus is provided to compensate strength without degradation of beauty by reinforcing inside of a cross beam using a reinforcing pipe. CONSTITUTION: A pillar(10) is made of a steel pipe. A cross beam(20) is horizontally installed on the upper end part of the pillar. One end edge of the cross beam is connected and fixed on the upper end part of the pillar. A reinforcing pipe(30) is inserted and installed inside one inner end part of the cross beam. A ring member(32) is formed along the outer circumferential surface of an end part of the reinforcing pipe. One or more traffic signals are installed on the cross beam with a fixed interval.
