PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to increase light efficiency by reducing a region of an active layer exposed to the outside by partially etching only a part connecting a secondary finger electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(160) includes a first electrode pad(162) and a first finger electrode part. The first electrode pad is arranged on one side on a second semiconductor layer. The first finger electrode part is extended in the other side direction while being connected to the first electrode pad. An insulating layer is formed between the second semiconductor layer and the first electrode. A second electrode(170) is arranged in the other side of the second semiconductor layer. |
