START-UP CIRCUIT FOR POWER SUPPLY

PURPOSE: A starting circuit of a power supply unit is provided to continuously charge and discharge by including a charge unit consisting of an electric double layer condenser. CONSTITUTION: A start electric current feed port(110) creates a start electric current by turning on a thyristor(112). A blocking switch unit(120) grounds a gate of the thyristor by a blocking command from a voltage detecting unit(170). The voltage detecting unit detects a charging voltage of a charge unit(150). A switching power unit(130) changes a power source pun in an electric device into the charging voltage. A charge control unit(140) controls the charge of the charge unit by being connected with the switching power unit. The charge unit is connected with the charge control unit and a cathode of the thyristor through the voltage detecting unit and is charged by an output current thereof.
