PURPOSE: A super-conduction hybrid control device is provided to improve control stability and control response characteristics by separately forming a digital control unit and an analogue control unit. CONSTITUTION: A sensor detects a rating air gap and air gap acceleration between a rail and a guide way. A digital control unit(100) computes a reference current value required for maintaining an air gap. The digital control unit is composed of an A/D converter(110), a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(120), and a D/A converter(130). An analogue control unit(200) creates PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) capable of operating a drive gate of a voltage supply unit(300). The analogue control unit is composed of an analog controller(210), a PWM generator(220), and an FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)(230).
