PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing genotype of anti-coagulant drug response-relating gene is provided to efficiently diagnose mutant gene for safe drug therapy. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing mutant genotype of anti-coagulant drug response-relating gene comprises: a step of amplifying a gene encoding CYP2C9 or VKORC1 or entire gene; a step of attaching a sequencing primer for amplifying specific site and performing pyrosequencing; a step of detecting single nucleotide polymorphism. The mutant genotype of CYP2C9 is CYP2C9*3, CYP2C9*13, or CYP2C9*14. A sequencing primer for pyrosequencing of CYP2C9 mutant gene contains sequence numbers 9. |
