PURPOSE: A method for isolating Ganoderma lucidum extract with an anticancer activity is provided to isolate anticancer ingredient of high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating Ganoderma lucidum extract with an anticancer activity comprises a step of extracting Ganoderma lucidum with an organic solvent and precipitating by basic alcohol and ammonium sulfate. The organic solvent is singular methanol, ethanol, propanol, butano, pentanol, hexanol, or heptanol or mixture thereof. The basic alcohol is a hydroxide(OH) compound containing one or two among sodium, calcium, potassium, and magnesium. |
