PURPOSE: A construction method using elastic mortar and elastic mortar are provided to improve mobility, inside stiffness, shock resistance, abrasion resistance, and cohesive property by including optimum amount of elastic mixture, elastic mixture, hardening mixture, and reinforcing mixture. CONSTITUTION: A construction method using elastic mortar comprises the following steps: removing deficit parts around a gap portion; shotblasting the deficit removed site; removing foreign materials by using an air blooming; maintaining the foreign material removed site as wet; spreading epoxy based primer on the wet surface; filling the elastic mortar in the gap portion; and curing the eastic mortar. The elastic mortar comprises 5-10 weight% of elastic mixture, 10-30 weight% of hardening mixture, and 60-80 weight% of enforcement mixture. The elastic mixture additionally includes 33.5-42.1 weight% of polyol, 12-15 weight% of amine compound, 31.5-33.8 weight% of calcium carbonate, 0.1-0.4 weight% of lead compound, 2-6 weight% of carbon black, 0.5-1.5 weight% of antifoaming agent, and 8-11 weight% of plasticizer. |
