PURPOSE: A polypeptide which is specific to Ehrlichia species and a immunochromatography detection kit having the same are provided to confirm Ehrlichia infection and to early diagnose and treat Ehrlichia. CONSTITUTION: A fusion peptide which is specific to Ehrlichia strain and is soluble comprises: a peptide having 120-131 amino acid sequences containing first base to 120th amino acid among amino acid sequence of sequence number 15; or a peptide having 130-140 amino acids containing first base to 130th amino acid from N-terminal in an amino acid of sequence number 2119. A kit for detecting Ehrlichia infection has the fusion peptide. The kit comprises a sample pad for absorbing a test sample, a membrane, and an absorption pad for absorbing sample developing solution. |
