PURPOSE: A device for measuring a weight of a ladle of molten steel is provided to preciously control a ferroalloy insertion amount, a temperature, and other components in a secondary refining process by measuring a weight of molten steel inside a ladle being transferred to the secondary refining process. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring a weight of a ladle of molten steel comprises an empty ladle carne(110), a pillar ladle crane(120), a load cell(130), a communication unit(160), and a controller(170). The empty ladle crane transfers empty ladles to one transferring path among a plurality of transferring paths along a rail. The pillar ladle crane loads pillar ladle crane in one transferring path among the plurality of transferring paths and transfers the pillar ladles to one among a plurality of secondary refining facilities along the rail. The load cells are respectively comprises in the empty ladle and pillar crane, thereby measuring weights of the empty ladles loaded on the empty ladle crane and pillar ladles loaded on the pillar ladle crane. The communication unit is connected to the load cell, thereby transmitting measured weight values of the empty ladles and pillar ladles. The controller received the weight values of the empty ladles and pillar ladles from the communication unit and saves a difference between the weight values of the empty ladles and pillar ladles with respect to the same ladle as a weight of molten steel.
