摘要 PURPOSE: A prestressed steel composite girder with prestressed non-introducing portions provided at both ends of a lower flange casing concrete, a manufacturing method thereof, a ramen structure, and a construction method thereof are provided to use the front section of a girder as an effective section by the removal of installation of a mounting end. CONSTITUTION: A prestressed steel composite girder with prestressed non-introducing portions provided at both ends of a lower flange casing concrete comprises a vertical section(13), a steel wire, a steel rod(11), a coagulation time delay adhesive resin reapplication unit, a bottom flange casing concrete(27), a prestressed steel composite girder(10), an exposed steel material(26), and an exposed steel wire(12). The vertical section is vertically installed on both side ends of convex steel material. The multiple steel wires and steel rods are installed in the bottom flange(16) of the steel material. The coagulation time delay adhesive resin reapplication unit is formed within the range of the steel rod and steel wire. The bottom flange casing concrete is formed with a horizontal section(19) and an incline part(80).
