MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD USING IP-CAMERA

PURPOSE: A monitoring apparatus and a method thereof using an IP camera are provided to reduce burden of a user by using a video reproducing service through a web storing unit service of a web site. CONSTITUTION: A web storing unit(130) stores a peripheral image inputted through an IP camera. A user terminal(150) registers information of the IP camera on the website. The user terminal receives an image which is stored in the web storing unit. The user terminal receives the image of the IP camera. A rendezvous server(140) supports communication between the user terminal and the IP camera.
