PURPOSE: An apparatus for forming films by swelling the thermoplastic resin is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and maintenance cost of a pip-shaped unit by selectively locating a pipe-shaped unit in a part weak for draft along the diameter of a tube. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for forming films by swelling the thermoplastic resin comprises a stabilizing unit(100), a guide unit(200) and a draft blocking unit(400). The guide unit is arranged under the stabilizing unit. The roller group of the guide unit has the phase difference of 90 degrees. The roller groups are point-contacted with an outer periphery of a tube(14) at four points between the stabilizing unit and cooling air ring(13). The draft blocking unit is arranged under the guide unit. The vinyl of the pipe-shaped of a moving body is arranged between the guide unit and cooling air ring and encloses the tube. The moving body is projected or retracted up and down in a cube frame. |
