PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of a separator is provided to mass produce with high productivity without generating a droplet phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of a separator comprises an elongated sheet conveying apparatus(10) which includes a carrying mechanism(19) and an elongated sheet reversing device(15), a melt blow spinning device(20) which forms a first fiber layer on one side of an elongated sheet(110), and a field emission device(40) which forms a second spinning layer on one side of the elongated sheet. The melt blow spinning device, the elongated sheet reversing device, and the field emission device are arranged along a sending direction of the elongated sheet.
