METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING FOR NON-VOLATILE MEMORY

PURPOSE: A data processing method for a non-volatile memory device is provided to update meta data one time after completing file data transfer between host a central processing unit and an MLA(Memory Linked Architecture). CONSTITUTION: A host central processing unit calls transmission object file data(S10). A file system generates a logic address for payload and file data information(S20). A flash transformation layer maps the logical address to a physical address of a flash memory(S30). A flash translation layer successively stores the file data information and payload in the data block of the flash memory(S40). The flash translation layer updates meta data in the meta block of the flash memory one time(S50).
