PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a carbon nanostructure of a sheet form is provided to obtain the carbon nanostructure with high conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a carbon nanostructure of a sheet form comprises: a first process of mixing a dispersion solution and fiber to prepare a mixed dispersion solution(1A); a second process of preparing a fiber sheet(5A) containing the carbon nanostructure using the mixed dispersion solution; and a third process of carbonizing or removing the fiber by heating the fiber sheet.
