POLYMERIC INKS OF THE SEMICONDUCTOR TYPE PROCESSED BY INKJET FOR BEING APPLIED IN ACID VAPOUR SENSOR AND SYNTHESIS METHOD.

The present invention shows the method for preparing semiconductor inks for preparing sensors which change their electric properties in the presence of acid vapours. Said inks are based on elastomeric copolymers with injected PANI. As an example of the method, the compound P(BuA-c-MMA-i-PANI:SS) was prepared and the synthesis method detailed. The invention provides copolymer inks with nanometric size, which are processed by inkjet technology so as to obtain a totally plastic sensor, susceptible to the presence of acid vapours, which remarkably reduces the damages in said type of sensor due to the corrosive character of the sensitive species.
