摘要 PURPOSE: A ginseng(raw ginseng) quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is provided to enhance the stability with respect to a quality standard of ginseng by rapidly measuring a density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng referred to a quality evaluation of the ginseng at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng quality evaluation method using near-infrared rays is as follows. Near-infrared rays are irradiated to ginseng(S110). A density of a structure and saponin content of the ginseng are calculated from the reflectance of the near-infrared rays(S140). A wavelength of the near-infrared rays is over 974nm and less 932nm.
