PURPOSE: A nonvolatile memory device, apparatuses including the same, and an operating method thereof are provided to improve the write performance of a flash memory by writing data in a garbage collection operation. CONSTITUTION: A part of valid data stored in a first block is copied in a second block. The first data stored in a buffer memory(45) is copied in the second block. The remaining data stored in the first block is copied in the second block. The second data stored in the buffer memory is copied in the second block.
