PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device module including the same are provided to prevent interference of an optical sheet by forming an engraved pattern unit having plural prism shapes. CONSTITUTION: Light sources turn on/off a scanning line unit. A light guide plate(130) is opposite to the light sources. A first inclined surface reflects light of the light sources to a light-emitting surface. A second inclined surface reflects the light to the light discharging surface.
