PURPOSE: A conveyor for sludge drying is provided to obtain perfect dehydrated state by drying the sludge lumping to disjoint, and to dry the in / outside of the sludge at the same time by drying by heat and far infrared rays. CONSTITUTION: The conveyor for sludge drying includes: a tunnel type conveyor body(1) in which filtering plate(12), which is for flowing in the sludge by spreading to the fixed thickness, is formed and separated to a heating part(10) and a drying part(11); a mesh conveyor(2) which is installed in both side inside the conveyor body and operates by the driving of motor and chain gears(4)(4'); a plurality of heating plates(5) which are installed in the upper/lower part of the heating part in the regular interval and dries the sludge; and a fan(6) which is installed between the heating part and the drying part and discharges the heat and steam and cools the sludge. The rotor, which spreads the sludge lumping, is installed in the middle part of the heating part. |
