PURPOSE: A rolling roll processing apparatus and method are provided to process a rolling roll without separating from a chock, thereby reducing manpower and working hours. CONSTITUTION: A rolling roll processing apparatus comprises a main body(100), a chock(200), a rolling roll rotating unit(300), and a rolling roll processing unit(400). The chock, in which a rolling roll is placed, is installed in the main body. The rolling roll rotating unit is provided in the main body and rotates the rolling roll. The rolling roll processing unit is provided in the main body and processes the surface of the rolling roll.
