PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of high quality rice using rice bran is provided to improve functions and taste of the rice by using rice bran as an organic fertilizer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of high quality rice using rice bran comprises a step of fermenting 150-600kg per 10a of rice bran from 10 days before rice transplantation and before harvesting. The rice bran fertilization is independently fertilized, or blended fertilized. The blended fertilizing method comprises a step of mixing 25-100.0 parts by weight of 600kg/10a to 150kg/10a of the rice bran and 9-5.5-4.8kg/10a of chemical fertilizer N-P2O5-K2O and fermenting thereof.
