PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting biaxial driving of a conveyor instead of one axis driving is provided to remarkably reduce vibration in a checking procedure by designing an X-axis assembly to have a lower center. CONSTITUTION: An inspection conveyor(12) is installed on the top of a base frame. An X-axis assembly(14) precisely transfers a subject to an X axial direction of a checking area. The X-axis assembly is substantially installed on the same plane as the inspection conveyor. An Y-axis assembly(16) is installed on the inspection conveyor at an upper side of the base frame. The Y-axis assembly is arranged at a Y-axis of a right angle direction to the inspection conveyor. The Y-axis assembly precisely horizontally transfers an inspection device to the Y-axis. The inspection conveyor installed on the top of the base frame is installed on the same line as a transfer conveyor in pre-processing and post-processing. A conveyor belt is respectively installed in each front rail and back rail along a longitudinal direction of a rail. |
