PURPOSE: A method for stabilizing fluid diet and beverage is provided to remove haze formation compounds and to stabilize the fluid diet and beverage. CONSTITUTION: A method for stabilizing fluid diet and beverage a step of contacting the fluid diet and beverage with functionalized ion exchange resin and removing at least a part of haze formation proteins. The fluid diet or beverage includes beer, juice, and wine. The surface area of dry resin is 250m^2/g-900m^2/g.
