The present invention relates to a probe for detecting if drugs used as anti-tuberculosis agents are resisted, to a kit for same, and to a detection method thereof, and more particularly, to a primer which can amplify resistance-related genes to the main anti-tuberculosis agents such as rifampin, isoniazid, ofloxacin, kanamycin, and streptomycin, to a probe for detecting if the corresponding gene has resistance-related mutations, and to a kit for detecting the resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to drugs including the primer and the probe. When the kit and method of the present invention are used, a more effective treatment of patients with tuberculosis can be achieved by detecting if Mycobacterium tuberculosis is resistant to the main anti-tuberculosis agents, such as rifampin, isoniazid, ofloxacin, kanamycin, and streptomycin more quickly and accurately than the prior art. |
