PURPOSE: A koji making machine is provided to insert and discharge raw materials transferring along to rails mounted on both sides of a koji making plate using a steamed rice inputting and koji outputting device. CONSTITUTION: A koji making machine comprises the following: a steamed rice inputting and koji outputting device(2) and a stirring device separately mounted an rails(5) installed on both sides of a koji making plate(4); a reciprocal moving body(210) roundtrip-moving on the rails; an elevating body installed on the upper side of the reciprocal moving body; a steamed rice inputting cyclone fixed to one end of the elevating body or the reciprocal moving body; a koji outputting suction nozzle fixed to one side of the steamed rice inputting cyclone; and a steamed rice inputting and koji outputting screw(240) located on the elevating body. |
