PURPOSE: An anchor and leveling device for installing a machine tool is provided to offer working ease through forming one hole in a machine tool main body for installing an anchor bolt and a leveling bolt. CONSTITUTION: An anchor and leveling device for installing a machine tool comprises an anchor bolt(3), a leveling bolt(8), the leveling nut(9), and an anchor nut(4). One end of the anchor bolt is installed in concrete(2). The leveling bolt comprises a body, a bolt part, and a hole. One end of the body is supported by a leveling plate(7). The bolt part is formed in the other end of the body. The anchor bolt passes through a hole. The leveling nut is coupled with the leveling bolt and fixes the bolt part of the leveling bolt of a machine tool. The anchor nut is coupled with the anchor bolt and fixes the anchor bolt in the leveling bolt.
