PURPOSE: A hybrid delineator is provided to overcome a sight limitation by preventing dazzle and enhance night identification and visibility using a lamp emitting light by self generation using wind. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid delineator comprises a solar power generating unit(100), a wind power generating unit, a lamp unit(300), and a frame unit(500). The solar power generating unit comprises a solar panel(110), and a solar light collecting plate(120). The solar panel and the solar light collecting plate are located at an interval and collect sunlight. The wind power generating unit comprises a power generator(250), on which a plurality of blades(240) are vertically mounted. The lamp unit receives electricity generated from the solar power generating unit and the wind power generating unit and emits light. |
