PURPOSE: A water discharge device is provided to discharge water to the outside by detouring the supplied water when the water having pulsating pressure more than a predetermined pressure or a constant pressure more than the predetermined pressure is supplied from a water supply source in a state where an opening and closing valve is closed. CONSTITUTION: A water discharge device comprises a water discharge pipe(200), an opening and closing valve(300), and a bypass pipe(400). One side of the water discharge pipe is connected to a water supply source and the other side thereof is connected to the outside. The opening and closing valve comprises the water discharge pipe. One side of the bypass pipe is connected to the water discharge pipe. The bypass pipe is constituted to discharge the supplied water to the outside by detouring when water of pulsating pressure having more than a predetermined pressure or a constant pressure more than the predetermined pressure is supplied to the water discharge pipe in a state where the opening and closing valve is closed.
