SCRAPING METHODE FOR FLEXIBLE PRINT CIRCUIT BOARD HAVING SHIELD METAL FOIL AND APPARATUS THE SAME

PURPOSE: A method for processing a scrap of a flexible print circuit board having a shielding metal foil and an apparatus thereof are provided to cut a shielding metal foil by applying pressure mashing a thin metal foil. CONSTITUTION: A flexible printed circuit board(2) is arranged on the top of a metal foil(4) by a guide. An upper side and a lower side of the flexible printed circuit board attached and laminated to the metal foil are elastically supported by a bottom side and a spring of a punch(150). The flexible printed circuit board and the metal foil are fractured according to the pressure of the punch. A scrap is carried to the top of a die plate by the lifting operation of a pad and the punch. The punch adjusts a punch falling depth to be below 0.2mm to be inserted into a punch hole. An external diameter of the punch is set to insert the punch into the punch hole.
