PURPOSE: A needle-punching non-woven fabric is provided to have excellent heat insulation nature and to be manufactured with a relative low cost. CONSTITUTION: A needle-punching non-woven fabric comprises polypropylene in structure formula (I), and polyethyleneterephthlate in structure formula (II). The polyethyleneterephthlate consists of filament of which hollow ratio is 4-40%. A manufacturing method of the needle-punching non-woven fabric comprises: a step of laminating two or more non-woven fabric consisting of binary material, which are different each other; and a step of a thermal bonding process in a calendar roller, and a bridging process by needle-punching. |
