PURPOSE: A 7-unit type thin-sheet glass tempering system is provided to successively perform loading, preheating, strengthening, annealing, warming water, cooling water, and unloading automatically by using a successive automation system. CONSTITUTION: A 7-unit type thin-sheet glass tempering system comprises a preheating furnace(1), a tempering furnace-1(2), a tempering furnace-2(3), a tempering furnace-3(4), an annealing furnace(5), a hot water furnace(a first washing path)(6), and a cold water furnace(second washing path)(7). A transferring unit moves racks of the preheating furnace, the tempering furnaces-1,2,3, the annealing furnace, the hot water furnace, the cold water furnace, and the loading unit to each zone. A starting position of the transferring unit and the transferring unit according to working positions of each group are controlled by on-going basis program. Each quantity of the preheating furnace, the tempering furnaces-1,2,3, the annealing furnace, the hot water furnace, and the cold water furnace are controlled according to productivity.
