The milk/dairy products, which can be obtained from fresh or pasteurized animal milk, soy milk or rice milk, comprise Saccharum officinarum containing polycosanols, Monascus purpureus containing plant statins, and Glycine max containing isoflavones and coenzymes. Further components can be added to the preparation to improve its organoleptic properties.
